Digital downloads are available for up to 24 hours. After that the link becomes inactive. Please download your digital file within that period. Should the file need to be resent, please note it will only be sent to the email address that was used in the original purchase.

Physical products will be shipped within 48 hours of the order. Custom and personalised items may take longer. Though I do my best to fulfil every order on time, there may be unavoidable delays and should this happen, I will notify you. Based on shipping destination, please allow 5 - 15 days for delivery.

Shipping costs will be displayed at check out. Quoted prices on the products are not inclusive of shipping costs.
